TIKLI IN BRIEF
The Employers` Association TIKLI is an interest group for companies and enterprises operating in the fields of 1) message supplying, 2) logistics, 3) transport services, 4) installation, 5) maintenance, 6) technical contracting and 7) telecommunication and information technology (ICT) and related fields.
The Employers` Association TIKLI secures the interests and takes into account the needs and requirements of the member enterprises when decisions are made on employment matters.
We are experts in labour market policy, collective agreements and terms and conditions of employment. TIKLI supports the contract-making process taking place within individual member enterprises and supports its member enterprises` businesses by negotiating collective agreements which form the frameworks of employment relationships.
Collective agreements provide a clear framework for the employment relations of our member enterprises. Our member enterprises receive the full benefit of the flexible conditions of the collective agreement applied. In addition, we offer many other services and valuable advice so that enterprises can concentrate on their businesses. Services for our members include e.g. legal, statistical and training services regarding employment matters.
TIKLI is a member of the Confederation of Finnish Industries (EK) www.ek.fi. We act as a link between our member enterprises and EK in labour matters. The experts of TIKLI and the representatives of our member enterprises are active in the decision making processes of EK.
